My son is Thomas the Tank's #1 fan. Sometimes the only way I can make him eat is by singing the Thomas theme song. "Come on, one more mouthful for Thomas" always works a charm :)
So when his 2nd birthday came around, it was obvious what cake I should make for him. A 3D Thomas the Tank Engine cake!
Thomas is made out of my moist Chocolate cake with Belgian chocolate ganache filling, the carriages are Madeira cakes with buttercream filling.
