White Wedding

These cupcakes were for my cousin Nina's wedding. It was a gorgeous and elegant affair held at Doltone House.

I made 270 cupcakes all up and decorated them with handmade sugar flowers. I think I only had 2 hours sleep over the 2 days leading up to the wedding.

*Note to self: Must get an assistant next time!* LOL.... :0)

I really enjoyed making this cake. It was for my friend's son who had his 1st birthday in Feb this year. The little cutie was dressed up in a little Superman outfit too. Too cute!

My 2yr old boy LOVES animals so I made him these cupcakes to play with. Sadly he's allergic to eggs and couldn't taste the moist chocolate mudcake underneath. But he had fun poking the animals at least..... :o)
